Voluntary universal testing for Covid-19 lays foundation for Hong Kong’s full recovery
With the help of Chinese Central Government, Hong Kong SAR Government implements the Universal Community Testing Programme for Covid-19.

This voluntary test is free of charge.
It aims at finding out the asymptomatic Covid-19 infected citizens in the community.
Citizens get 10 masks as the souvenir. Later Government uses hand sanitizers as souvenir.

The test helps to build the Hong Kong Health QR code system.
Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Mainland China’s Guangdong Province can recognize each other’s health code to open the internal border.
Hong Kong’s travel bubble can expand to cover the whole China, other Asian and Western countries and regions after negotiations and mutual recognitions of health code and test result.

An easy Covid-19 test with big meaning for full recovery and ever-expanding travel bubble

Government uses three SMS messages to confirm the appointment for test, specimen bottle number and test result. Frank the tour guide’s result is NEGATIVE!
This 10-minute easy test is important to the recovery for Hong Kong, which is a commercial harbor, financial center, tourism hub and relies mainly on export-oriented economy.
After finding out the asymptomatic Covid-19 infected citizens and curb the spread, Hong Kong SAR Government can implement the Hong Kong health QR code system.
It can be mutual recognized with Macau SAR’s system and Mainland China’s Guangdong Province’s system.
This will facilitate the building of travel bubble and the reopening of the internal border in the three places in the Southern part of China.
Travel, economic recovery and family reunion will become possible.
Actually this small bubble for about 80 million Chinese can be expanded to the whole China and other countries and regions.
Hope cruises can berth at Ocean Terminal again sooner after implementing the travel bubble measure.
Hong Kong SAR Government is actually discussing with 11 governments now.
If different countries and regions can recognize others’ health codes to build and enlarge the travel bubble step by step, which Chinese Foreign Minister Mr Wang Yi just advocated in the video conference of the G20 foreign ministers, the world can get back to normal easier and faster!
