Leisure travelers shouldn’t stay in hotels in the New Territories
A lot of hotel brands have their branches in the new towns, Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, Tseung Kwan O etc., in the New Territories of Hong Kong.
More and more leisure travelers wonder whether they should stay in the hotels in the New territories or not.

Hyatt Regency Sha Tin is right next to the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Leisure travelers staying in hotels in the New Territories need to spend longer time on traffic when they want to go sightseeing at the popular highlights and hidden gems in the urban Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
So it is better for the leisure travelers to stay in the hotels in Kowloon (for the reasons, please read Frank’s another post for Kowloon’s hotels).
